JORGE E. OLAZABAL: Chief Executive Officer

As  CEO, Mr. Olazabal’s highest priorities will be business development along with carrier negotiations. Responsible to do all market research and will be instrumental in opening our new offices throughout the country and abroad. He will diligently work to diversify the company’s product lines and keep the company one step ahead of the competition. He is one of the Prepaid Pioneers and most respected names with over 11 years in the industry. He has many domestic and International contacts, which will take LCI to the next level of International business.



DAVE ESTEP: COO

Mr. Estep has over 25 years of successful experience in the telecommunications, technical education, and financial services industries. Mr. Estep has served major clients worldwide while working with BellSouth Corporation, MCI, and AT&T. These critical accounts include Bank of America, Microsoft, FedEx Kinko's, and Delhaize Group USA. An important element of his experience has been managing multiple offices, impact personnel, and critical training worldwide to meet the needs of these clients. In parallel, he has also contributed extensive marketing experience to the needs of these corporate plans. Mr. Estep has completed numerous executive development programs to enhance his effectiveness in the marketplace.



FELIX F. MEDINA: Senior Vice President

As Sr Vice President Mr. Medina is responsible for all operations both domestic and international. He will be head of Calling Card, Debit Card, & VoIP Division along with Tech Support in the Philippines. Before joining Lada Communications, Inc, Mr. Medina served seven years as an engineering consultant for Southern Engineering Company in Atlanta, the largest consulting engineering company in the United States specializing in rural electrification. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1982, graduated Cum Laude. He has a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Tech. Mr. Medina is the principal propagator and power behind the company's continued growth and success.


Julio Leguizamon: Director of Sales & Marketing

Originally from Colombia South America Mr. Leguizamon will lead Lada Communications Sales force. A highly motivated entrepreneur with significant business administration, commercial and technology experience in the
private sector and top organizations in Colombia South America and United States. Was one of the first Managing Directors of Development for the first Latin-American ATM shared network in Colombia "Servibanca" in 1984.
He was also as Organization & Systems Mgr Banco Anglo-Colombiano
Mr. Leguizamon worked for the nations top Banks, as a Computers Rep. & Communications expert for over 20 years in Colombia South America.
He has an Engineering of System and Investigation degree from the University of INCCA in Colombia. Certificate in Financial Management - Certificate in Marketing & Sales Management from - San Martin University
B. S. in Business Administration

BRENTON M. EVERETT: Chief Financial Officer

Brent has an MBA in Finance and Accounting, Regis University and Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Brent has 14 years of experience in the securities, banking and finance fields.   Brent is securities and insurance licensed and conversant with US and Mexican tax laws.  

Brent is responsible for the organization of all accounting processes and financial oversight of the Lada Communications, Inc  companies, as well as investor communications, compliance and the preparation of the company financial activities domestically and abroad.



MICHAEL DAVID CATES: Chief Technical Officer

As CTO Mr. Cates will be responsible for keeping the company up to date on the ever changing and evolving technologies. Maintaining of equipment and purchasing all necessary hardware to keep us on the cutting edge of telecom. Mr. Cates attended NACT Switch programming school, Provo Utah . Worked with TSI LLC in Network design and implementation & contracted installation of various switches. He was Contracted by IBM to open New Customer Service Center serving Latin-America. Michael has had extensive classes in certification Satellite Installation.
